anything with a genuine purpose. Generally something that your grandmother
would accept or like.

than that, you are PROHIBITED from putting any content that's related to the
following: (If found, our
staff & fraud scripts will FIND AND REMOVE THEM INSTANTLY and your I.P. banned from Pak Web
Solution network.)
Do the following if you're a total looser & want
to get banned forever:

- Phishing of any company, especially
MySpace, eBay, PayPal,
Runescape and banks.
(This is when a scammer creates a fake company site that looks
real, hence tricking the visitor to enter their username/password.)
- Hosting Proxy Scripts (like PHProxy).
These are scripts that allow a visitor to enter any domain through
your site, and the domain won't pickup the visitors
true I.P. address. They are way too CPU resource intensive. Eitherway the ports they use are disabled.
- Hosting Torrent Scripts (like TorrentFlux,
SendSpace, RapidLeech). This is when torrents are
downloaded to Pak Web Solution servers and you later on download it to
your PC.
- Hosting Torrent Trackers (like Azureus,
BitComet, BitTornado,
Shareaza). Torrent
Trackers are one of the most CPU consuming scripts alive! And Pak Web
Solution must pay hundreds for monthly bandwidth to support the
selfish clowns using them. We literally file lawsuits instantly
against anyone using these as they do major damage to Pak Web Solution
service.
- Using your account mainly
for file storage of images, videos or music. Pak Web Solution is a
working website hosting service (meaning a site with purposeful
content on it). It's not a place to primarily backup/store your files,
whether for good or bad intentions.
- Hosting Radio Blogs. Not allowed for same reason as above point.
These imply you'll be hosting tons of music files on your account.
- Using VBulletin. They are
extremely CPU resource intensive scripts. And to keep servers running
fast, we can't allow them at all.
- Hosting Chat Rooms (or) IRC
bots. Most
paid hosting providers don't even allow this due to scripts nature to
kill system resources. If found, account is deleted.
- Hosting your own PHP file
manager. Using your own file manager (to upload, delete, etc... files)
puts a security risk on the network. Hence not allowed.
- Using your domain to spam
other sites. Do you like getting spam? Nope. Does the next person you're
targeting? Nope. Then don't do it! Pak Web Solution contacts the
spammers ISP to shut down their internet connection and get the
spammers personal information.
- Stealing someone's content
or storing/using illegal files. Includes software/cracks/scripts. Eg: Invalid
licenses of VBulletin or IPB forum. These infringe the copyright of the authors or companies work, labour & time. Hence not allowed. You wouldn't
like your stuff being distributed or sold online without your
permission!
- Not having a homepage at
anytime (hence site displaying "Forbidden" message), or
still having original "account created" homepage from 30+
days of your signup date. Also includes not having a proper website while
having uploaded tons of files to your account (hence using host mainly
as a file host and not a content website host as it should be).

QUESTION: Am I allowed to host an image
hosting script (like imageshack.us) where it allows my visitors
to upload their images?
ANSWER: No. Because you'll be
violating above TOS point of using account mainly as file storage medium,
where the site contains no "real" content.
QUESTION: Am I allowed to offer
business opportunities or sell products or turn my site for money-making
purposes?
ANSWER: Yes. But no promotion of stuff
that's an obvious scam or stuff you don't even understand how it works.
QUESTION: Is my personal info safe with
you? Are you going to sell my email address?
ANSWER: You've gotta
be kidding! People are so busy running their life's that the last thing
you, we or anyone wants is worries to stop leaking personal info to
anyone, which will likely be used for spam. Your privacy is totally
respected with ZERO interest now or the future to reveal your details to
anyone.
QUESTION: Will my site ever get
deleted?
ANSWER: Yes if you do not contact
after suspending your account for 15 days (you don't contact to Pak Web
Solution for 15 days). And definitely yes if you're spamming/phishing.
If you break any of
above points, you'll get a prior email warning to fix the violation
within 48 hours. If you still don't respond, account will be suspended
(not deleted).

Furthermore rudeness to staff members for support
will NOT be tolerated under any conditions. And in repetitive
occurrences you'll be banned from all support mediums. Meaning you're on your
own.
LEGAL
TERMS
1) You as the author of your pages
take full responsibility for its contents. Additionally you swear your page
contains nothing illegal, obscene, degrading or abusive to another person,
including pages that promote hate group propaganda and child pornography.
2) You agree that Pak Web Solution
has the right to remove any page it determines that has has
violated above rules and can take against you whatever measures will be
deemed appropriate. Including legal action and disclosing information about
you to law enforcement authorities and other interested third parties.
3) Members who are in breach of
these rules agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pak Web Solution.com for any
loss, claim, damage and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
arising from or in connection with the contents of any personal home pages or
of any chat or messages on a bulletin board found to be infringing or illegal.
4) To the fullest extent permissible
by law, Pak Web Solution excludes all liability with respect to accuracy,
content or availability of information on its web site and members
websites. The content is provided "as is" and without warranties of
any kind, either express or implied.
5) Pak Web Solution does not warrant
that the function contained in the materials available on the network will be
uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the
websites that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful
components.
6) Any merchandise products or
services available to users or members from links from this web site are
provided by third parties who are not necessarily affiliated or connected
with Pak Web Solution.
7) You fully understand
that if any violation as covered above results in damages to Pak Web Solution
for the following, Pak Web Solution
reserves legal rights to impose fines onto you up to 100,000: (A) major bandwidth costs for illegal
sites (eg for torrent trackers because they're not
allowed as per above list), (B) server downtime because of your TOS violated
script/site, and (C) negative publicity (which would results from A and/or
B).
8) To the fullest extent permissible
by law, Pak Web Solution.com excludes all liability under any circumstances
(including negligence) for any special or consequential damages that result
from the use of, or the inability to use the materials on this site including
member website. Applicable laws may not apply to all those who access the web
site.
