3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Refund

  • New hosting accounts within 15 days of initial signup
  • Hosting service fees paid to URLPK
  • Accounts in good standing without policy violations
  • Customers who have not exceeded resource limits
  • Accounts that have not been suspended for abuse

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Dedicated Servers, VPS
  • Domain registration and renewal fees
  • SSL certificate fees
  • Setup fees and administrative charges
  • Add-on services and third-party products
  • Accounts older than 15 days from initial signup
  • Renewed or upgraded services (even paid within the 15-Day Money Back Guarantee period)
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations
  • Services used for illegal activities

3.3 Uptime Guarantee Policy

URLPK makes guarantees a 99.9% network uptime. If in any given month we fail to meet this guarantee our customer will receive credit for the affected service..
Please note that scheduled downtime or planned maintenance is not counted as “real downtime” and you will not get a credit for it.
The 3rd party monitoring service reports may not be used for justification due to a variety of factors including the monitor’s network capacity/transit availability.
Dedicated servers and VPS are covered by network uptime guarantee only.
The downtime due to internal VPS/dedicated server issue is not counted as “real downtime” and you will not get a credit for it.
The credit will only be deposited into the customers billing account/client area.
Credit to your account will be your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of downtime.
There will be no refund against uptime guarantee policy.

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. To get the refund, customer must submit online request to CANCEL their service by opening ticket with billing department or by using cancellation request link in the client area.
  2. Include your account details and reason for refund request
  3. Provide your original payment information
  4. Submit the request within 15 days of initial signup

4.2 Processing Time

  • Review Period: 1-2 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days
  • JazzCash/EasyPaisa: 1-2 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days

5. Special Requirements

Please read the specification of plan carefully before order specially which control panel included in your hosting plan. If you have a requirement of specific control panel, please contact support before order. You cannot claim “15-Days Money Back Guarantee” for the requirement of specific web hosting control panel.

6. Domain Name Policy

Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable as per ICANN and registry policies. Once a domain is registered, the registration fee cannot be refunded. However, if you received a free domain with your hosting package and request a refund within 30 days, the domain registration cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Service Cancellation

When you request a refund:

  • Your hosting account will be suspended immediately
  • All data and files will be backed up for 30 days
  • Email services will be discontinued
  • Access to control panels will be revoked
  • Account will be permanently deleted after 30 days

8. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to your bank account
  • JazzCash: Credit to your JazzCash wallet
  • EasyPaisa: Credit to your EasyPaisa account
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the original card

9. Order by Mistake

You can not claim “15-Days Money Back Guarantee” for the “order by mistake”. If you have made a mistake with your order and want to cancel the order, URLPK reserve the right to deny your claim or charge service fee for such order.

Such cases will be reviewed individually by our management team and are subject to approval.

10. Account Migration Service

Please test our services before using free migration service, Using free migration service will void your money back guarantee or we may deduct migration fee unless otherwise asked.

13. Abuse of Money Back Guarantee

The 15-day money-back guarantee allows customers to purchase hosting’s services with full confidence and zero-risk but some people abuse the money-back guarantee policy. The money-back guarantee does not apply if you use the service to test your program/script and cancel when you are done testing. We reserve the right to charge 25% of the paid amount as a service charges if you failed to provide valid reason.
