URLPK Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using URLPK's web hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read carefully to ensure you understand our terms before purchasing any of our products or services. You may view Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

URLPK provides web hosting services including shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting, and domain registration services. Our services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or content that violates local or international law
  • Sending unsolicited email (spam) or bulk email
  • Hosting adult content, gambling, or illegal material
  • Activities that consume excessive server resources
  • Attempting to compromise server security
  • Hosting malware, viruses, or malicious software
  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in advance for all hosting services. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa
  • Credit/Debit cards

All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on. You agree to pay for the services on time. Unpaid invoices will result in temporary suspension of your services. Invoices are generated 7 days before the renewal date and your account gets suspended 3 days after the renewal date if the invoice is not paid until that time. Your services will be terminated if it was not paid within 3 days after it was suspended. If you want us to restore it after it was terminated because of non-payment, and if we have a backup of the terminated services you will have to pay $25 one-time fee plus all the renewal fees. We do not guarantee we will have a backup of your data after it was terminated.

5. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable except for the first payment which falls under the 15-day money back guarantee. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for new shared hosting and reseller hosting accounts. The 15-day Money Back Guarantee is the subjected to the complying with all terms of the refund policy. The 15-day money-back guarantee is not valid upon any terms of service or acceptable use policy violations. The 15-day money-back guarantee is not valid for domain registration fees, setup fees payment gateway fees or services used for more than 15 days. Refunds must be requested within 15 days of the initial service activation.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime due to maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
If we fail to meet 99.9% uptime, you'll receive credit for the affected service.

7. Data Backup and Security

While we perform regular backups of our servers, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of their data. URLPK is not responsible for data loss and recommends that all customers maintain regular backups of their websites and databases. Our backup service is provided to you as a courtesy. URLPK is not liable for any damages or data loss that arise from the use of our services. Customers agrees to use our services on their own risk.
Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for any reason unless otherwise agreed to by URLPK.
Any account using more than 5 GB of disk space usage will be removed from our off site backup.
Dedicated servers/VPS are NOT backed up by us and it is the responsibility of the client to maintain backups or have a solution for this.

8. Resource Usage

Shared hosting accounts have resource limits including CPU usage, memory usage, and bandwidth. Accounts that consistently exceed these limits may be suspended or required to upgrade to a higher-tier hosting plan.
a. Daemons/Servers/Shell:
Under no circumstances are you allowed to run any daemons, servers or compile anything under your account without direct permission.
b. System Resources:
You’re not allowed to use an excessive amount of system resources for an extended period of time. If your account is found to be utilizing a large amount of resources we will contact you and give you further information. Under extreme cases suspension may be necessary until the issue can be resolved.
c. Cron Usage:
You may not have cron jobs in intervals lower than 15 minutes a part.
d. Account Limitations:
You may use your account for web hosting only but not as a backup facility for automated backups or things of that nature. If you’re unsure if your intended use violates this TOS please contact us so we can clarify it for you.
e. Inode Limits:
All shared hosting plans are limited to 500,000 inodes. Each account owned by a reseller hosting plan is limited to 500,000 inodes.
VPS plans do not have an inode limit.
f. Disk Space Usage (Unlimited Plans):
Your account may not be used as a storage and/or backup space for files/archives. Regular backups of databases, websites, etc, are permitted within reason. Any account found to be using an excessive and/or unreasonable amount of disk space may be asked to reduce their usage or face suspension/termination.
URLPK reserves the right to suspend/terminate any service for resource abuse at their discretion.

9. Account Termination

URLPK reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms of service, engage in illegal activities, or cause harm to our servers or other customers. We will provide notice when possible, but immediate termination may be necessary in cases of severe violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

URLPK's liability is limited to the amount paid for the hosting service in the month in which the issue occurred. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Website Migrations

We make every effort to help you transfer your site, however do take note that the migration service is a courtesy service. We try our best to complete transfers 24-48 hours after the request is made, however no guarantees of any kind shall be given. In rare cases, we may be unable to assist you in transferring your data from your old host.
We offer free transfers for up to 30 days from the date your client account was registered. After 30 days period will incur a charge transfer fee unless otherwise asked.
Reseller account transfers are completely free for up to 20 accounts. Beyond that, you will be charged a fee. The same 30-day rule stated above applies to resellers as well.
When transferring from a web host that is not using supported control panel or does not allow access to full backups, a transfer fee may apply per account or website. In some cases, multiple domains are configured in a different way and they may be considered multiple accounts for transfer.

12. Account Security

a. It is your responsibility to ensure that scripts and programs installed under your account are secure and that permissions of directories and files are set properly, regardless of the installation method. Users are ultimately responsible for all actions taken under their account, including the compromise of credentials such as username and password.
b. The services, including all related equipment, networks, and network devices are provided only for authorized customer use. We may, but is not obligated to, monitor our systems to ensure that use is authorized to facilitate protection against unauthorized access, to verify security procedures, survivability, and operational security. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, or copied and used for authorized purposes. By using our services, you consent to monitoring of network services for these purposes.
c. Any account found connecting to a third party network or system without authorization from the third party is subject to suspension. This includes but is not limited to denial of service attacks, brute force attacks, email spam, and web spam.
d. Any account which causes us to receive an abuse report may be suspended or terminated if you do not remove malicious content after being notified.

13. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

Any kind of bulk mail activity is not allowed from our network without prior permission. We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. “Safe lists” and purchased lists (Opt-in) will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice.

14. Dedicated Servers/VPS

URLPK reserves the right to reset the password of a dedicated server/VPS if the password on file is not current so that we may do security audits as required by our datacenter.
URLPK reserves the right to audit servers/VPS as needed and to perform administrative actions at the request of our datacenter.

15. Communication with Staff

You may communicate with our staff in polite manner. If you are rude with us, We reserved the rights to refuse you to provide our services anymore.
In this case we will give you 72 hours to find another hosting provider and to move your data.

16. Resellers

a. Resellers are responsible for providing support to their clients unless otherwise asked. If a reseller's client contacts us, we reserve the right to place the request on hold until the reseller contacts us directly. Resellers must contact us directly for security purposes.
b. Resellers are responsible for the content stored and transmitted under their reseller accounts.

17. DISCLAIMER

URLPK makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or absolute security of its hosting services. While we strive to maintain high availability and robust security measures, factors beyond our control—including but not limited to hardware failures, network outages, cyberattacks, or third-party software issues—may occasionally disrupt service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, URLPK expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) the implied warranties of:
Merchantability (fitness for ordinary use),
Fitness for a particular purpose, and
Non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
All hosting services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, meaning they are subject to limitations and potential disruptions. Customers assume full responsibility for assessing whether our services meet their specific needs.

18. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

19. Modifications to Terms

URLPK reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
